Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

 

1. What is the MECOP/CECOP/GECOP Board Member Directory?
  The Directory links contact information to the MECOP database. Board Members in all MECOP Programs (MECOP, CECOP and GECOP) will be able to view contact information of Board Members, Alternate Board Members, and Executive Sponsors of all organizations in the MECOP programs.
   
2. Who uses the Board Member Directory?
  Board members of the organizations that are active or temporarily inactive in MECOP Programs.
   
3. Can I update my contact information in the Directory?
  Yes, you can UPDATE the contact information of Full Board Member, Alternate Board Member, or Executive Sponsor only for your organization.
   
4. How can I update my contact information?
  After logging in with your organization's User ID and Password, when you select your organization, your board members' contact information will be displayed along with the "Update Contact Information" button. Click the button and you will be prompted to the update page. This button will not be displayed when you select the other organizations which are not yours.
   
5. I am in the "Update Contact Information Page." What is in the "Address" combo box?
  The "Address" combo box shows your office address and the other addresses of your organization. You can change your office location from the current one that is displayed to any other location in the list.
   
6. Can I change my company's mailing address here?
  No. All information is for individual contacts only. Your change in office location will not affect your company's mailing address.
   
7. Can I change my User ID and Password?
  You can change your password anytime by clicking the Change Password link in the MECOP/CECOP/GECOP Board Member Directory Homepage. However, you cannot change the User ID as it is the unique ID for identification purposes in our system.
   
8. What If I forgot my password?
  Go to the Forgot Password link in the MECOP/CECOP/GECOP Board Member Directory Homepage. Submit the registered email address of the Full Board Member of your organization. If the email matches our information, User ID and Password will be automatically sent to the Full Board Member's email address.
