Final Appraisal

Final Appraisal Due Dates:

Spring-Summer, final: September 26, 2008
Summer-Fall, final: January 5, 2009

The Board Member will ensure that the three steps below are completed by the due dates:

1. Bring THREE copies of the Appraisals and the original to the appraisal meeting.

2. Mentor Appraisal:
Mail this completed, signed, original appraisal to the MECOP office after the appraisal meeting.

3. Intern Appraisal:
Mail this completed, signed, original appraisal to the MECOP office after the appraisal meeting.
