MECOP/CECOP
Application Instructions

Note: See the Application Checklist before proceeding.
Each of the steps below are required in order to apply to MECOP/CECOP. Please carefully read and follow these instructions. Applications cannot be accepted if they are incomplete.
 
  1. Submit your application on-line from the application template. This is necessary for assimilation of information into the MECOP database. At this step, you will be allowed to view and save your application in PDF format.

  2. Submit your application packet by mail or in-person to the corresponding address below. The application packet includes:
    1. Two copies of the PDF application prepared on-line and printed out.
    2. One copy of the printed agreement pages with original signature.
    3. Two copies of your printed, unofficial transcripts.
